In 2021 I ran an online 30-day fitness challenge for 240 fitness trainers. Together we completed a fun workout each day ranging between 20-24-minutes. 

Each workout is a unique format that you can switch up by adding your favourite exercises. For example. You can transform each challenge into a lower body workout, a core workout, an upper body workouts, or you can mix and match. I.e., lower and core. 

With these incredible templates you can create hundreds of unique workouts that are fun, fresh and result-focused. You can also use them to run a 30-day challenge.
