In 2021 I ran an online 30-day fitness challenge for 240 fitness trainers. Together we completed a fun workout each day ranging between 20-24-minutes.
Each workout is a unique format that you can switch up by adding your favourite exercises. For example. You can transform each challenge into a lower body workout, a core workout, an upper body workouts, or you can mix and match. I.e., lower and core.
